OBJECTIVE
To appeal to a broad audience, the Honolulu Police Department commissioned a set of collector cards highlighting various officer ranks, their assigned vehicles, and iconic Hawaiian landmarks. These cards will serve as engagement tools at recruitment drives and as commemorative items for official social events.
